Botanical Watercolor Workshop | June 11, 2026 6:00pm - 8:30pm

$95.00

Come spend an evening with flowers and paint. In this 2.5-hour watercolor workshop with Cara Cummings, we'll slow down with a bloom or two—really looking at it, getting to know its structure and color, and then translating what we see onto paper. We'll start with some light sketching and move into watercolor, working at a relaxed pace with plenty of time to observe and explore. No experience necessary.

Date: Jun 11, 2026
Time: 6:00 - 8:30 pm
Location: J. Costello Designs in Royal Oak, Michigan

All supplies, flowers, and light refreshments are included. Just bring yourself!

A little about Cara: Cara is a botanical artist, photographer, and teacher based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She works in watercolor, with a focus on what grows in her own garden seasonally. She has spent years teaching people to slow down and really see what's in front of them. Her classes are welcoming to beginners and experienced painters alike, and she brings the same close attention to teaching that she brings to her own work.
